Educational Qualification	i) Essential - Passed Higher Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a two year Diploma Course in Dialysis Technician. ii) Desirable - a) One year training after acquiring Diploma in Dialysis Technique recognized by the Government of West Bengal, in any Government Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment licensed under the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Rules, 2003.  Or b) A Post Graduate Diploma in Dialysis Technique from any recognized University
Salary Details	Rs. 5,400/- Rs. 25,200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2,900/-
Age	Not more than 40 years on 01.01.2019.

Application Fees	Rs. 110/- (Rupees one hundred ten) only. In addition to that, the candidates will be charged as follows: (i) For online payment through debit/credit cards: Convenience fee 1% of the examination fee subject to a minimum of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only plus 18% G.S.T. on convenience fee. (ii) For online payment through net banking: Convenience fee of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) only plus 18% G.S.T. on convenience fee. (iii) For offline payment through bank counter: Service Charge of Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty) only. For SC/ST/PWD – No Fee.
