Qualification  Details
Name of Posts	Educational Qualification
English Stenographer	Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Training from recognized Institution and a satisfactory speed in Computer Operation. A minimum Speed @ 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and typing speed @ 30 w.p.m. is required.
Nepali Translator	Candidates applying for the post of Nepali Translator (Group-B Upper Division Assistant) must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized board and must possess at least a certificate in computer training from recognized institution and a satisfactory speed in Computer Operation.
Lower Division Clerk	Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Training from recognized Institution and a satisfactory speed in Computer Operation.
Group - D	Class VIII pass certificate from any recognized School or Madrasah or any other recognized equivalent Institution.
Nightguard	Class VIII pass certificate from any recognized School or Madrasah or any other recognized equivalent Institution. Only MALE candidate are eligible for the post of Night Guard.
