Counselor, Blood Banks Age - 40 Years as on 01-08-2019			Master’s / Post Graduate degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development from any Institution recognized by the Central Govt, or State Govt.
Kala-Azar Technician Supervisor, NVBDCP (NHM) Age – 50 to 60 Years as on 01-08-2019			1) Science Graduate with Biology as a paper. 2) Candidate must be sound in health and capable of extensive field work. 3) Candidate must have valid two wheeler driving license.
GNM Under Thalassemia Control Programme Age - 40 Years as on 01-08-2019			Completed GNM Course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Staff Nurse under Fi-ART, WBSAP & CS Age - 60 Years as on 01-08-2019			B.Sc (Nursing)/ GNM. OR ANM with minimum 3 years’ experience.
Lab Technician, Blood Banks (NHM) Age - 40 Years as on 01-08-2019			1) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree. 2) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.  OR Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.  OR Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. in MLT/ PGDMLT) from any recognized University/ Institution.
Medical Officer - Full Time (NUHM) Age - 66 Years as on 01-08-2019			1) MBBS from recognized Institute with 01 year compulsory Internship, must be recognized under West Bengal Medical Council. 2) Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
Staff Nurse (NUHM) Age - 64 Years as on 01-08-2019			1) Completed GNM Course from a recognized Institute. 2) The candidate should have proficiency in the local language.
Lab Technician (NUHM) Age - 40 Years as on 01-08-2019			Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by West Bengal State Medical Faculty or West Bengal University of Health Services.
Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (RNTCP) 22 Years 40 Years			1) Graduate. 2) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institution.
Senior Medical Officer, DR-TB Centre-RNTCP 22 Years to 62 Years			1) MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized Institute. 2) Must have completed compulsory rotator Internship. 3) At least 50% marks are required in requisite qualification.
