Category C (01)	Must be a graduate in Nepalese from any recognized University and should have fluency in other two languages.
Category D (01)	Must be a graduate in Olchiki or Santhali from any recognized University and should have fluency in other two languages.

Age Relaxation		Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of S.C. and S.T. candidates of West Bengal only.
