Inspector (Draftsman/Grade-I) (Posts - 01)	Rs.44900/- to 142400/-	(1) Officials of Draftsman Cadre under the Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territories:- (i) (a) holding analogous post on a regular basis ; or (b) With five years of regular service in the post in level-6 of the pay matrix (Rs.35400-112400) or equivalent, and (ii) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience, namely:- ( a) Diploma in Draftsman from the Institute recognized by the Government of India; (b) Three years' experience in the concerned field prescribed by the Department from Government (Central/ State/ Union Territories)/Statutory/ autonomous Organization/ Public Sector Undertakings/Universities/ Recognized Research Institutes/ Listed private organization. (2) The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application. (3) Period of deputation will for three years.
Sub-Inspector (Works) (Posts - 10)	Rs.35400/- to  112400/-	(1) Officials under the Central Government or the State Government or the Central Armed Police Forces:- (i) (a) holding analogous post in the parent cadre or department; or (b) With ten years regular service in post in level-4 of the pay matrix (Rs.25500-81100), and (ii) Possessing the qualification and physical standard mentioned here under:- ( a) Educational Qualification - Pass three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government or the State Government. (b) Physical Standard - (i) Height - Men - 165 ems. (Relaxable by 5 ems for hill Tribes and Adivasis including Mizos and Nagas). Women - 157 ems (ii) Chest Men - 76-81 ems. (Relaxable by 2 ems for candidates below 20 years of aqe. Women - not applicable. (iii) Weight - Men - Proportionate to height and age as per medical std. Women - According to height but not less than 46 Kgs. (2) FOR EX-SERVICEMEN Deputation/Re-employment - The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite prescribed qualifications and experience shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment. (3) The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 52 years for BSF and 45 years for NDRF as on the last date of receipt of application. (4) Period of deputation will for three years for BSF and seven years for NDRF.
Sub-Inspector/Junior Engineer (ELECT) (Posts - 47)	Rs. 35400/- to 11240/-	(1) Deputation (i) Serving Border Security Force personnel in the rank of Sub-Inspector NDRF having three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute Level-6 in the pay recognized by the Central or State Governments; or (ii) Serving Border Security Force personnel in the rank of Assistant Sub112400) as per 7th Inspector in the PML-5 having three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering  from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Governments with six years regular service in the 'rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector; or (iii) Serving Border Security Force personnel in the rank of Head Constable having three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Governments with ten years regular service in the rank of Head Constable. (2) FOR EX-SERVICEMEN Deputation/ Re-employment - The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are .to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisited prescribed qualifications and experience shall also be considered. Such persons, would be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment. Head Constable (Generator Operator) (Posts - 13)	Rs. 25500/- to 81100/-	(i) Head Constable of Border Security Force possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate with two years' experience certificate in the respective trade from any Institute or Organization recognized by Central or the State Government subject to qualifying proficiency test; (ii) Constables of Border Security Force with eight years' regular service in the levels in the pay matrix and possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate from a recognized institute with three years' experience certificate in the respective trade from any Institute or Organization recognized by the Central or State Governments subject to qualifying of professional test; or (iii) Personnel holding equivalent or analogous posts in the Army, other Central Para Military Forces or Central or State police Organization, Central Public Works Head Constable 26 department or the State Public Works department or Central or State Government Pay Matrix level 4 BSF Ministries or Departments and possessing following qualification:- (a) Matriculation or 10th class pass from recognized board or Institute; (b) Industrial Training Institute certificate in respective trade from a recognized Institute with three years' experience ·in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or the State Government subject to qualifying professional. (iv) For Ex-Servicemen Deputation/Re-employment : The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite prescribed qualifications and experience shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they · may .be continued on reemployment. (v) Period of deputation will for three years. (vi) The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 52 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Head Constable (Carpenter/Mason) (Posts - 04)	Rs. 25,500/- to 81,100/-	(I) Serving Border Security Force Head Constable (General Duty) possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate and two years' experience certificate in the respective trade from any institute recognized by Central. or State Government subject to qualifying proficiency test. (ii) Serving Border Security Force Constables (General Duty) having eight years' service and possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate and three years'· experience certificate in the respective trade from any Institute recognized by the Central or State Governments subject to q1,1alifying of professional test. (iii) Personnel holding equivalent or analogous posts In Army, other Central Para Military Forces or Central or the State police Organization, Central Public Works Department or Public Works. department or Central or the State Government Ministries or Departments and possessing following qualification:- Matriculation or 10th class pass from recognized board or Institute or. equivalent and Industrial Training Institute (ffi) certificate in trade like Mason or Carpenter or Plumber or Electrician or Blacksmith or Welder or Painter or Polisher or Mechanist or three years' experience in respective trade from· a reputed firm subject to qualifying proficiency test. (iii) Should be matric or 10th pass or equivalent and possessing two years' experience in trade those with certificate/ diploma from recognized institutes in the trade will be preferred. (iv) Period of deputation will for 07 years. (v) Age of induction to National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) battalion not be exceeding 45 years as on the closing ·date of receipt of application.
