District Consultant (Quality Assurance) under NQAP	01		40 years or less	MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate WITH Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management (MHA – Fulltime or equivalent) WITH Two years’ experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.	Rs. 40,000/-
Facility-level Quality Manager under NQA	01		40 years or less	MBBS Dental/AYUSH/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management with One year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration Candidates with experience in Health Care Quality/ Formal Quality of a Quality System would be preferred. English, computer literacy, knowledge of the Government Legislation and policies are essential. Candidates must have good communication skills both in written & verbal.	Rs. 35,000/-
Staff Nurse under NUHM	53		64 years or less	Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) or  Reciprocal Registration Certificate from WBNC	Rs. 17,220/-
GNM under Thalassaemia Control Programme	02		65 years or less	Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC)  Reciprocal Registration Certificate from WBNC Desirable : Working with Thalassaemia Patients	Rs. 16,860/- + Rs.300 washing allowance per month
Laboratory Technician (NUHM)	13		40 years or less	Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty / AICTE Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, Internet is required	Rs. 9380/-
